Health Monitoring

Health Monitoring and Care for Better Well-being

At AmiHans, we understand the importance of health monitoring to ensure that our clients remain in optimal health. Our caregivers are trained to monitor vital signs and record important health data, including blood pressure (BP), blood glucose levels (BGL), heart rate (HR), oxygen saturation (Sats), and weight. This routine monitoring allows us to identify any changes or concerns promptly, enabling us to take appropriate action and ensure the best possible care for each client.

We also assist with oral medication management, ensuring that clients take their prescribed medications on time and as directed. Our caregivers are trained to support clients in following their medication schedules accurately, helping to prevent missed doses and ensuring medications are taken correctly. This reliable medication assistance plays a crucial role in maintaining the client’s health and managing chronic conditions.

For clients who have specific diet or fluid restrictions, our caregivers provide essential support in following their dietary plans. Whether it’s adhering to low-salt, low-sugar, or any other specialized diet, we ensure that clients are receiving the nutrition they need while staying within their prescribed limits. We also assist with fluid intake, helping to maintain proper hydration levels in line with health requirements, which is essential for overall well-being.

For clients who are bedbound, we provide compassionate care by assisting with turning and repositioning every two hours. This regular movement helps prevent bedsores, improves circulation, and maintains comfort. Our caregivers are attentive to each client’s needs and are dedicated to providing quality care that promotes physical health and enhances the client’s comfort and quality of life. At AmiHans, we are committed to providing health-related care with the utmost professionalism, ensuring that each client’s health needs are met with compassion and precision.
